Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Gem Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Marked as Delivered
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. Gem Cosmetics is not responsible for stolen or missing packages after delivery is confirmed.
